counting calories for weight loss

We’re definitely not the type of people that count calories for weight-loss.

It’s stressful, add’s too much pressure and we’re not sure that’s really helping for long term sustainable weight-loss.

What we do think is important, is ownership. Ownership of your health, your labs and hence your weight.

If you’re one of millions of men and woman that have been wanting to escape obesity and lose a few pounds, you should take a look at your Estimated Energy Requirement EER) per day to understand the required calories for weight loss.

Calories for Weight-Loss: What Official Bodies Recommend

The Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) document for Americans mentions, how much energy an individual should consume to maintain calorie balance. And that’s called EER.

It’s based on factors such as Gender, Age, Weight, Height and Activity Level (Game Changer!).

Calories for Weight-Loss: What We Recommend

Knowledge is Power. We all know that.

Understanding where you are at and how many calories you require per day based on your activity levels and the other parameters we mentioned, is already the first and most important step towards understanding how to lose weight.

If you are not owning your health and well being, then who is?

Type in your parameters in the below calorie calculator and see how much energy you need to either maintain or lose weight.

Our 21-days weight-loss challenge will be your ultimate guide to achieve an either mild or more extreme weight-loss, depending on the goals you set yourself. It is based on an almost plant-based diet combined with intermittent fasting, which will help you avoid many lifestyle diseases and additional weight-gain.

How to Start Today?

It’s easy. Simple math. Use the below calculator. Note down the number of calories required to achieve your goals.

Access the 200+ recipes we provide in the 21-Day Weight-Loss Program that show you exactly the amount of calories per serving for each dish.

Cook these meals, know the calories you consume and follow simple math.

If you consume more than your set goal, you won’t be losing weight. You will maintain or gain.

On another note: If you consume more than you set goal and you are increasing your activity levels and actually do sports, you might still be able to achieve your daily calorie limit. Always remember not to consume more than you burn. If you consumed too much, you need to burn more. Meaning – get active!
