Eat better. Feel stronger. Live longer.

I created almostplantbased because I watched someone I love fight for her life — and I realised that what we eat every day matters more than most of us have been told. This is where I share what I've learned. No dogma, no extremes. Just real food, real science, and changes that actually fit your life.

Frequently asked questions

What is The Whole Food Reset?

A 21-day structured programme built around whole foods and five core nutrition principles. You get a day-by-day meal plan, 51 recipes, kitchen guides, a fasting guide, and a supplement guide — everything in one place. The goal is to reset how you eat, not just for 21 days but for good.

What is the Plant Based Athlete course?

A 6-module programme for anyone who trains and wants to fuel performance with plant-based nutrition. It covers muscle building, recovery, iron absorption, weight management, and the most common questions in sports nutrition — plus 50+ recipes built around athletic performance.

Do I need to be vegan or vegetarian?

No. Both courses are plant-forward, not plant-exclusive. The philosophy is whole foods first — you adapt the recipes to your household and your preferences.

Can I do both courses?

Yes, and they complement each other well. Most people start with The Whole Food Reset to build the foundation, then move to Plant Based Athlete to dial in performance nutrition.

When can I start?

Immediately. Both courses are self-paced with lifetime access — you start when you're ready and go at your own speed.

Do I need to buy special products or supplements?

No. Both programmes are built around food you can find in any supermarket. The supplement guide in The Whole Food Reset covers what's genuinely worth considering, but nothing is required.

How much time does it take each week?

The Whole Food Reset works best with a Sunday batch cook of around 45 minutes — after that, meals through the week take 10–15 minutes. Plant Based Athlete is self-paced video content you work through at your own speed.

Do you offer support?

Both courses include lifetime access so you can revisit the material whenever you need it. For questions, you can reach Manja directly at almostplantbased.com.
