Kimberly holds a Bachelor in Dietetics from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Public Health Nutrition from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Her research focused on infant growth patterns and their associations with obesogenic environments over time. Kimberly follows a mainly plant-based diet and believes in nourishing our bodies with an intuitive eating approach.
