Emma graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science endorsed with first-class honors, as well as a Bachelor of Arts, from the University of Otago. She is currently a PhD candidate studying breast cancer research at Wellington Hospital. As an athlete who has represented New Zealand on a number of occasions, Emma has a keen interest in how we best fuel our bodies with the foods we eat.
