Clara graduated with Masters in Dietetics (MDiet) from the University of Otago and is registered as a clinical dietician with the Canterbury District Health Board. She completed her research looking at the comparison of sugar intakes between vegetarian and non-vegetarian adolescent females. Clara has always had a love for food, health, and sports such as swimming and running.
