Chia Seed Pudding is one of my top 3 go to breakfasts or afternoon snacks.
Chia Seed Pudding is not a new trend, it’s been around for so long.
Why you ask? It’s quick and easy to make and chia seeds are loaded with antioxidants, fiber and omega 3, and super versatile.
You can change the basic taste of the pudding completely as per your liking. You could add turmeric, matcha, cacao powder or coconut milk (#containsaffiliatelinks)
I love a fresh taste and like to add citrus fruits so this recipe includes orange zest & lavender grains. Hope you like it!
