Bansari Acharya
Bansari graduated with a Masters in Nutrition and Food Science from Wayne State University. Her research focused on the effects of fenugreek seeds on blood sugar control. She has a keen interest in holistic and functional foods and their interactions within the body. Bansari has been a vegetarian her whole life and is an avid believer that food can have powerful healing properties and the selection of the right foods can have a substantial benefit on overall wellness.
