Lavender Orange Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed pudding is one of my personal top 3 breakfast choices and I love the added freshness from the orange and the depth you can get from the lavender.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds white, black or mixed
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Milk or any other plant-based milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Orange Zest organic if possible
  • 3 tbsp Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp Lavender

Instructions
 

  • Put your chia seeds in your bowl. Add the orange zest, lavender grains, maple syrup and almond milk.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a food storage container (preferably glass) and whisk for 30 seconds to evenly combine all ingredients and activate the chia seeds.
  • Let the chia seed mixture set in the fridge over night and enjoy in the morning. If you like your pudding more liquid you can add some more almond milk and whisk again.
